Inspired by the early 20th-century British wool tweed fabric, PBJ makes its own "cotton tweed" version for your 'All-Seasons' daily wear!

This flannel is constructed with PBJ's specially developed 11oz "cotton tweed" flannel. To make this flannel as soft as some of the finest cashmere, PBJ uses high-grade, long-fibre cotton. This "Cotton Tweed" flannel uses the 'twist yarn technique'. firstly, PBJ dyes the cotton threads with different colours, then twist the yarns and weaves them into the flannel, giving the shirt a more fluffy touch similar to cashmere products. With wear and wash, it will age nicely to a more soulful look thanks to its thread-dyeing process. 

Construction-wise, PBJ has been inspired by early 20th-century workshirt styles and updated the classic pattern for a slimmer, more modern silhouette! The collar and sleeve hems are lined with cotton twill for added durability. With an asymmetrical chest pocket design, side seam gusseted construction and fabric-covered buttons this shirt has plenty of vintage-inspired charm!
